Raw Food Rehab

Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

hi.....i was told by someone that by taking MSM and eating healthy that grey hair will be gone. is this true? it sounds too good to be true =D .

i saw a video on YT too (don't remember the guy's name but he states he is in his 60's and has no grey hair because of his raw food diet).

I dont know about the MSM, but I have seen a great reduction in gray hair in people that have a really high greens diet and not much processed foods. MSM is really good for your skin and it would make sense that it is though.

Ann Wigmore had her hair return to her original color after she started eating raw. .

Im 38 and dont dye my hair, but I have grey hairs coming up everywhere. I'm not 100% raw but have been very high raw for 9 months now. So maybe time will tell.

Actually eating as healthy as I do I have noticed no improvement in my skin either. I still get pimples and greasy skin and get bags under my eyes. But enjoy eating healthy whole foods so I am not too discouraged.

wow, that is amazing! i've heard of such happening but i've never met someone in person to actually see it to believe it. i guess it seems like once you go grey that is it...no more color coming back ever again. but then i read about people like ann and it amazes me.

my hubby did a juice fast for about 2 weeks and the one thing we both noticed was his facial skin....it had a "glow" to it =D. his skin was ashy looking and had dark circles (from not sleeping well). but after about 1 week we noticed he started to get a rosy tone to his cheeks and his circles went away too. it's funny because even his co-workers (all men) noticed his skin tone getting better and told him he had a "glowing" skin.
