That is the point, I do have a lot of leafy greens everyday. I change between a bunch of parsley, dandelion, spinach, the greens of carrots, the leaves of turnip cabbage, chard, the leaves of the beets, rugola, mint, basilico, kale,... I think I missed a few.
And I was never cheap with the greens. I will check this Natural calm and will keep you updated.

I had a cramp last night in my left calf, for me it is a sign, that my body needs magnesium. Before my highraw journey I took a powder from a drugstore. I do not want to do this again.
Any suggestions what food I should increase to eat, does anyone has similar expiriences?
