Hi everyone. 

I can't seem to find any information about how long things keep in the fridge. I would like to start making more dishes other than salad, but i live alone so shelf life is an issue! How long roughly do things keep? How do you store them? Is there a website or book I can look at which will tell me? I live in Asia's so it's pretty hot here!

These are some things I want to start with, but any other ideas our information would be appreciated!

Cashew cheese

Flax crackers

Dehydrated nut burgers

Hummus/ dips

Salad dressings

Smoothies/ juices

Energy balls

I've had Flax crackers in my cupboard for weeks.  If the  Dehydrated nut burgers are very dry they too may last for weeks. As for dips n Salad dressings I would say 3 days. Oh, I don't know what Energy balls or Cashew cheese is though. As for Smoothies n juices I would drink the same day unless you juice with a slow juicer, it will be ok the next day. I too live alone and try to eat what ever I make right away. Remember, these are live foods with no preservatives. I know I was not much help, sorry
