Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

I'm fairly new to cooking.

I want to make it easier to get to my ingredients, but yet keep them at optimum health.

I put all nuts/seeds in mason jars and vacuum seal those. Then use a labeler to label each (make it easy to refill when they go low at the food bins at PCC/Wholefoods) one.

But powdery, (cocoa/moca and others),  make a mess.

What do people use to store there powders? Grains?

I know its a weird question, there has to be a tool or container that does this easily so i can cook on the fly. I want to take it down, and then be able to get 2-4 cups worth with out spilling or mess.

ON that note. What do people use to store sauces? Almond milk, tehini sauces, and salad dressings?

I'm all about easy and fun. Thanks as always for your guidance.

Glass mason jars take care of most of the items you mention. I also save tahini jars and almond butters to use for storage.
