Anyone ever have this?
I've had it for a really long time and its gotten worse (after a surgery) my brain says push but my toosh will tighten up instead.
The only thing that allows me to go is cascara or senna or drinking mag citrate. Enemas don't even want to come out bc the muscle tightens. Apparntly there are knots that form along the pelvic floor muscle that need to be worked out too (like knots we get in our back but in this muscle) this is why some women have pain with sex or some if us get the other side and suffer chronic constipation.

I'm praying maybe someone knows how to get the brain to switch over and actually let the whole colon work and not contract when it needs to release?
