Initially, when you started juicing, how soon after the juice did you have a bowel movement?

Sometimes it seems so quick that it seems like how could anything have been absorbed?

I know by definition "juicing" is such that it is EASILY absorbed.... but, I'm just wondering to those that have been juicing awhile, do you still have bowel movements within say, 10 minutes?

Did the consistency of your bowel movements change?  From looking like "undigested" juice to something different?

When I asked this question I was told it was because I had a big “acidic load“. I think that meant the since my gut is so acidic the juice goes right through me. I’m starting a juice feast tomorrow and I think if I keep juicing it will remove the “acidic load“ (sooner or later) and will be absorbing some nutrition soon. I hope someone else has a better answer for us.
