Deanna I would like to talk with you as I am thinking of doing the same thing.  Here is my question..I was going to do a lot of green juices.  I bought a General Electric juicer and for some reason I put a LOT LOT LOT of Kale and spinach and only got a little juice...Is that normal or did I do something wrong?  I would love to do this 92 day fact ...Deanna could we do it together?

LOVE the amazing info at juicefeasting.com!  David Rainoshek was my juice feasting mentor when I did my 92 day juice fast - it was a life changing experience!

Has anyone done the program on juicefeasting.com ? On Friday I plan to start a 90 day juice feast and I'm looking for a better way to pick and organize my daily juices .. I have done 28 days and even in that I found it hard to organize lol. Any advice from Kyocera who have done this time or more is very much welcomed.

Thank you all for your time
Deanna

I signed up for Cleanse America. I have been trying several juices by using my Vitamix to blend the ingredients (like a smoothie) and storing them in Ball jars until I am ready to squeeze the liquid juice out through a nut/juice cotton bag. I usually taste the mixture and have been pleasantly surprised when the squeezed juice tastes better than the smoothie mixture! They taste great and I don't have to worry about losing all of the nutrients by doing it this way. My juice is fresh and ready to go when I am. This is great for trips. I am looking forward to my 10-day juice fast or feast.

Congratulations, Shekinah!

I finished a 60 day fast at the end of February and I only at about 6#. I commend you on 100 days. I really wanted to go longer. I, too started a 30 day fast to reset on the raw path. Never had water melon rind juice. Sounds interesting......

Its been 2 1/2 months since I finished my 100 day juice feast and Im doing GREAT! Ive only gained 5 lbs back since then...and thats mostly having solid food in my body...Im so proud of myself!~ Im doing a little fruit cleanse right now to stay on track, because I had started faltering into too much cooked food (as I allowed myself to have some, in moderation) so things are doing well and on track! Tomorrow Im making a big batch of watermelon rind juice!

Debbie, My daughter just married a Lopez. Maybe we're related. :)Yes, coffee is my major downfall. I guess if that's the worst I can do then I'm no doing so bad. I really would like to cut back but do need that first thing in the morning jolt! I like the half calf myself. I may go back to that. Thanks

Hi Maggie, I too grew up drink cafesito since I was a little girl. It have tried to quick coffee and had a really hard time. I only have 1-2 cups in am. Cold turkey didn't work so I started doing half caf and now do decaf. This way I am still off the caffeine.

I am highly addicted to coffee. It's in my blood. I am Mexican-American and started drinking it at age 10. I love the taste but would love to start the day with something else. Anyone got any ideas? Love tea as well but sure do love that high I get from caffeine. :( Is coffee really all that bad for our bodies? I have 1-2 cups a day.

REAL JUICE DAILY

Penni has been passionate about juicing for over 25 years and over the course of the last couple of decades has read volumes of material on the topic and has studied under leaders in the holistic health field on the topic of juicing, juice fasting, juice feasting, cleansing and natural health.  All of the research and personal experience has made a significant impact on Penni's understanding and enthusiasm about the topic.

The one common denominator between authors and health experts from many differing backgrounds is that they typically agree that juicing is a superior way to get optimum nutrition into one’s body. Fresh juices, blended drinks and the highly charged, mineralized and alkaline water they contain can repair, protect, energize, improve and heal the body.

Real Juice Daily is the complete story of Penni's 3 month juice feast. The nearly 150 pages of information has been taken directly from her personal daily journal and is complete with photographs, recipes and daily reflections. In the digital book, Penni shares the reasoning behind why she decided to undertake such a lengthy liquid commitment, how she did it and all of the intimate and juicy details that surrounded her life during the time.

Real Juice Daily is a helpful guide and inspiration for anyone considering a juice feast, fast or if one simply desires to add more delicious, healing juice into their daily routine.
