Hiya!  I'm looking for Juicing Recipes that are easy (as in easy to locate ingredients/produce) that include or go well with MUSTARD GREENS, specifically :)

Greens are interchangeable - like collard, mustard greens can be very strong and cause an burn to the espohagus, so use them sparingly -make them about 1/8- 1/4 of the rest of the drink.

Hi Jennifer,

I have a friend who is also a juicer and she loves mustard greens. She said that they have some of the most potent chlorophyll and that they are high in nutrients. She said her favorite juice is 6 leaves of mustard 2 pears and a half of a lemon.  I personally am not fond of their spicy taste unless it it somewhat diluted. I do juice 3 or 4 leaves in a half gallon of my green juice since I learned they are so good for you and the slight taste is very pleasant.

Here's what Wikipedia said:

Mustard greens may possibly help with asthma and other respiratory problems. The magnesium in mustard greens helps to smooth the walls of the bronchial tubes. Mustard greens carry 3 antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E. Mustard Greens carries eight vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and protein. The Mustard has been used for medicine and is believed to fight some Cancer cells in the colon and stomach. The Mustard Green seed was prescribed as medicine for stings and is believed to be good for many ailments including High Blood Pressure.
