I am starting a 30 day green smoothie feast and I am wondering if anyone else wants to join me?
It's the end of the month and I'm considering starting a daily journal entry/blog about my exercise and my weight loss with green smoothies. I probably just want to list my food (I'll only be specific with raw food/smoothies. Any other food I eat, I will just say "whole food meal" or "fell off the wagon meal"). I'll also put how much weight I've lost, the exercise I've done, and how I feel or what I've noticed or any kind of success or failures. I can do this here, if anyone else wants to join in and post, too, or I can just make a separate blog. I thought I'd take opinions. I realize not everyone is here for weight loss, but that we all may have specific and separate goals and it might be fun to commit to a month of blogging, but if it's not appropriate to put it here, then I'll do a blog. Thoughts?
