Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Hi Liquid Lovely's!
I am currently on day 4 of my first ever juice feast!! My question is, I LOVE to juice habanero peppers along with my go-to green juice recipe. Is this too much spicy for my stomach while on a juice feast? Or do I have permission to juice away?! :-)
Thanks in advance!
Taylor

Permalink Reply by Wendy Geesey on July 18, 2012 at 4:12pm Hot pepper is supposed to be great for ulcers/stomach issues! I'd juice away! And the master cleanse calls for hot pepper powder anyhow- so it's in the protocol.
Permalink Reply by Taylor Brown on July 18, 2012 at 6:12pm Thanks Wendy :-) Yes, I have heard that some spicy foods are good for certain organs etc. And yes, I forgot about the master cleanse calling for cayenne pepper! Yay me! LOL!

Permalink Reply by Matthew Mayhan on July 20, 2012 at 2:50pm Ah, intersting. You this during a juice fast? or the prep to it?
Permalink Reply by Wendy Geesey on July 20, 2012 at 2:53pm it's so quick/easy/convenient to make that some people will take a break from all that juicing and do a day of just the master cleanse or if you have a heard time preparing say for lunch or something you can just drink this instead since it's not really going to go bad... you can use it however you like :)
