Sweet Hot & Green

4 Braeburn apples

4 stalks celery
1 handful each spinach & wheatgrass
1 jalepeno

Push it all through your juicer and drink over ice in a sophisticated mason jar ;- )

 

Purple Passion

1/2 head purple cabbage
2 granny smith apples

Push through your juicer. Serve in a chilled martini glass for a swanky, somewhat seductive smart cocktail.

 

I Can See Now!

8 organic carrots
4 stalks celery
1 orange bell pepper
1 lemon


Beetific Elixir

2 medium beetroot
4-6 carrots
2 apples
2 inches fresh ginger



Emerald Forest

3 cucumbers
3 stalks celery
handful of parsley
handful of mint
gala apple
Yum I just made this 2 giant carrots,1 large zucchini,2 stalks of celery,1 large honeycrisp apple,2 leaves kale and a chunk of purple cabbage. Hubby and kiddo liked it too. Pretty purple color. Now if it was over ice it would have been absolutely perfect.

Todays juice was a strange one for me but so good and refreshing. Hubby and son drank it and never batted an eye.

Parsnapple
3 apples
2 parsnips
sprinkling of grated nutmeg (optional)

It says to use a sharp apple variety- I had some Cortlands and a Mac.
Core and deseed the apple, scrub up your parsnip
Juice. Add nutmeg if you would like. (we didn't)

Orange Basic 
2 oranges
1 apple
3 carrots
1 stick celery
1 inch ginger root

I reamed the oranges and added after I juiced the rest.

Purple Kiss
Chunk of Purple cabbage
1 large zucchini
1/2 large cucumber
1 large leaf kale
1 stalk celery
2 apples

This tasted so good - I put a fork with it - but drink please....LOL!

Waldorf Salad

2 apples
2 sticks of celery
1 TBS hemp seed oil

The hemp adds omega 3 fatty acids.


Make sure you add the oil in a jar and give it a shake to mix it in.

Sweet Cherry Pine
The Big Book of Juices...

2 large handfuls of pitted cherries
1/2 pineapple skin cut off and sliced to fit in juicer

Pear Basic

2 pears
1 apple
2 carrots
1/2 inch of ginger

Core cut and such. Put in juice.

WELLNESS SHOT
2 lemons
inch ginger, peeled
cayenne pepper

Squeeze the juice of 1 and a half lemons into the blender. Chop the ginger and put it into the blender. Blend until ginger is broken down. Strain out ginger pieces and pour into glass. Top with as much cayenne as you can handle (start slow).

Another great juice -  my own combo:

1 giant carrot

1 giant parsnip

2 giant Cortland apples

 

Son loved it - hubby said it tasted like orange serbert melted. It looks creamy carrot juice. I only had enough for one coffee mug full :(

I decided to eat some of the spicy kale chips that were posted here with the yeast and cayenne. Good thing this juice is helping to cut the heat!!!

Anise is soooo good in green juice. Licorice-ish!
