I'm testing this to see if it post. I responded yesterday but it wouldn't post :-/
Oh good!
I usually do a blended salad at least once a day and it always varies. The green that I prefer most is arugula, then spinach or dinosaur kale. Redleaf lettuce never tasted good to me blended . I've never done Romain lettuce though, it may be good ?

What I find works best for flavor and digestion is to keep the ingredients limited to just a couple and I usually don't even add avocado and it's excellent . And if you're open to chewing some with your soup I like the flavor and texture of cut up Granny Smith apples and cucumbers in all my soups . Chopped onion and olives are really good to throw in to chew on in a soup too.

Paul Nison has a YouTube video of a recipe he uses for blended salad .
Then Genas website has good suggestions and a recipe for blended salad.
I'll post it below

WOW! Ask and you shall receive. I appreciate very much your sending this site to me. They look interesting. I will have to leave out the oil and salt though. Thank you so much for getting back to me. Have you tried any of them and what do you think? Again, thanks so much

Certainly.
If I followed recipes I'd post one but I use them for inspiration mostly.
Some salads soups are much tastier pulsed rather than blended completely.
I never ever have added oils. My husband does and really I don't notice a taste or better texture from adding it.

No matter what I always add a citrus for flavor or ACV. Zucchini blended adds creaminess to the soup.
Fresh herbs Make it really yummy too! Even onion and garlic if your not avoiding them.

Are you familiar with Dara Dubinet on YouTube? She has a "one true thing green soup" you maybe want to try. It will come up in youtubes search engine.
If you do let me know how you like it.
I've never made it with the vast amount of greens and variety she does.

Thanks for your reply. I love onion n garlic so thanks for subjecting them as those other blended salads recipe sounded bland. I also will try the AVC. And thanks for reminding me about the Dara's  "one true thing green soup"
