I just tried this for the fist time and i am so happy that i used pine nuts!
It taste like cookie dough!
Cookie dough yogurt
1/2 cup soaked almonds
1/2 cup soaked pine nuts
1 cup coconut (unsweetened) flakes (i did not not have fresh coconut, i soaked the flakes instead)
coconut water (enough to get ingredients blended up in blender)
2 PB8 Probiotic capsules opened and sprinkled in (any probiotic would work)
Just blend it all up.
Sit it on the counter as long as you want it to ferment (4, 6, 8, 12 hours - your call).
Thank you for this. I had just thought about using coconut flakes in lieu of fresh coconut meat. Thanks for sharing. I am on my way downstairs to do this now.
