Hello everyone, I live in Portland, Oregon and as you may know, our weather here makes for shorter than average growing seasons. Now that it is fall and our sunshine will be limited, I am hoping some of you may be able to advise me on herbs & greens that are easy to grow indoors. I already grow a very few greens, sprouts outside, but I want to expand this more to make up the difference when our local weekend food faires close for the winter. Thanks!
Does anyone know how to have a winter garden in pots (I have an apartment)? I need direction on this!

I got my organic alfalfa sprouting seeds from the local health food store! Check there!
I too am starting my seeds
<------ ready for another outdoor garden! I am seriously thinking that we can do this here in the next month!!! I am going to start some seeds inside so they will be all ready to transplant!
