The major difference between the 2 dehydrators is that the Good4U has no front door. If you are making thin things no prob but if you are making kale chips which are bigger than one sheet you are out of luck. The Good 4 U people say put a towel across the front...kind of hoaky. I have 3 Excaliburs 2 nine and one 5 and they are work horses.

Response to those asking about the Good4U dehydrator...I have one and I like it, however, I have never tried an Excalibur so I can't compare the two. I am relatively new to dehydrating so I couldn't justify buying an Excalibur, the Good4U dehydrator meets my family's needs.

In the Kitchen you'll find headings which are our "recipe tabs" and the onion bread would be great under the Cracker & Bread Tab. So the best way to think about it is this - written recipes (w/ pictures if you have them) go in the Kitchen and videos of raw food instruction and preparation go here in the Culinary Center.

Kathleen....we have an entire section of pulp recipes that has gotten started in the Kitchen. The recipe section Crackers & Breads offer creative ways to add pulp in as well!
