I hope this is the right place to post this question!

Does anyone have a recipe for a mock pizza?  I can't think what to use for the "yeast" part or even toppings.  Thanks!

I made this when I was new to being RV. It tastes better than any regular pizza I've ever had.

It's SUPER fattening but the flavors... just... Excuse me, pizza and I are going to get a room. x3

The only problem with this is the HUGE amount of waiting and prep needed.

If you do a search in the upper right hand corner for "pizza recipes" you will find some here.
You can also search the room in Rawfoodrehab's mansion called: The Kitchen: Recipe Central. There are multitudes of recipes there. Hope this helps.

Ani Phyo has a super simple, non-dehydrator method for creating 'pizza' crust with flax seeds - then the toppings are anything you want . you might be able to find her recipe (without needing to purchase the entire book). The book that I got if from is Raw Food Essentials. Enjoy your discoveries!

went further to see if I could locate this - and here's what I found.....

oh, just located this - here in the 'Hab - I posted the Ani Phyo recipe back in Dec. 2010 - you'll find it in the "Kitchen' - search with the words Pizza in the search bar and you'll find my post which has a photo of the recipe directly from her book - easy breezy!

Because my link was deleted, since it was part of  some random person's recipe blog, I'm pasting the recipe here.

Basil Tomato Pizza Crust
  • 1 1/4 cups organic brown or golden flax seeds (I used brown)
  • 2 apples (peeled and shredded/use any sweet apple)
  • 1 pint of sweet mexican cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried onions
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • nutritional yeast (optional to sprinkle on top)
Savory Tomato Pizza Sauce
  • 7 oz sundried tomatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • pinch of morgoram
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Pizza Cheese
  • 1 cup raw organic cashews (soak for at least 8 hours-it doubles to 2 cups)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsely
  • 1/2 cup water
Pizza Topping
  • 1 cup Braggs liquid aminos
  • 1 package Portabella mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1.5 bell peppers
  • 1/4 sweet red onion
  • 15 oz pitted black olives
  • 1 tomato
  • 10 mexican cherry tomatoes

Start off with soaking your cashews. The next day, start with making the crust. Marinate your topping veggies and start on your cashew cheese. When the crust is ready, everything else should be ready for assembly. o3o
