I posted this in a blog a while back and thought I would put it here as a resource.  One of the biggest keys to a raw food lifestyle in my opinion has got to be planning. How else will you have tortillas for a raw burrito on Tuesday unless you start on Sunday or Monday.

Here is what I came up with:

I did up some spread sheets and have attached copies here for anyone to try as well. It’s just a preliminary format and I have even done 3 versions depending on how it best works out. Please feel free to print and try it out and let me know how it works for you. I did a one page letter format but it is quite small, a legal size one page and a 2 page full letter size that I think I might start with and keep in a binder. 


These are just photos of 2 of them so you can see what they look like. I will have excel links at the bottom of the page. The first here is of the 2 page outline with room for hole punching in the left margins and can be put in a binder. The days of the week are across the top with a Shopping list in the last column. Down the right is breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner with then a prep column at the bottom. This is where I would put the note to prep taco wraps on Monday for Tuesday's tacos with a time suggestions on when to start them.

This is an example of the one sheet legal size. There is also a one sheet letter size that has smaller boxes.
