I love Jennifer Cornbleet ... her recipes, her philosophy ... all. I attended a cooking class she gave at our local Whole Foods a couple of summers ago and was hooked. Her prep ideas to get you through the week are priceless. I also like that her recipes are scaled down in size ... so if something is not to your liking you are not out a small fortune in time or money.

Those were really interesting. She has some really good, new tips I haven't thought or heard of before. And I LOVE her hair. So adorable. I've been perusing the recipe books on Penni's Picks, and I am really leaning towards this one.
