Beets with Ginger Salad
2 Cups grated beets
2 teaspoons grated ginger root
1 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, raw honey, or agave(I choose raw honey)
1 Tablespoon Tamari
1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
toss all together and enjoy!

It's a High Raw LIfe Episode 15 Elixer Dressing
This is a fantastic dressing from Natalia Rose. It is a staple for me!
1 cup of fresh Lemon juice 2 small cloves of Garlic 1 & 1/2 Tbs minced Ginger

1 & 1/2 Tbs organic Soy Sauce or Tamari 1 &1/2 Tbs Raw Honey

3/4 cup cold pressed Olive Oil

Blend first 5 ingredients then slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuing to blend.

Done. yummy!

It's a High Raw Life Episode 16 Eggplant Sandwich and Fries

It's a High Raw Life Episode 17 Paige's Chai Latte and Sweet Treat
Chai-1 cup almond Milk, 1 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup, 1/8th tsp each-ground cloves,

nutmeg, cinnamon-blend

Sweet Treat- Top 1 flax cracker with mixture of 1 Tbs raw almond butter,

raw cocoa powder, honey then sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes-chomp!

Blooper-I said 1 cup of Macadamia but I made this with Cashews, sorry.

Also, I did not edit out the blending, too lazy. Hope you enjoy anyway.

Ingredients-1 cup Raw Macadamia or Casherw nuts, 1 Orange Bell Pepper,

1 tsp, Salt and pinch of Cayenne pepper

Blueberry Smoothie
2 cups Almond Milk
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Frozen banana

I am not perfect, my measurements may need tweaking in this recipe I say 2 tsp=1Tbs.

Sorry, someone told me it is 3tsp=1Tbs. I like the Tablespoon amounts for this recipe.
You will need-Spring Roll wrappers
and veggies for filling
P-nut sauce:
1/2 cup raw organic Almond butter
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs raw honey or agave nectar
1 clove garlic minced and about teaspoon minced ginger
dash of cayenne and pinch of salt
blend together for a fantastic dipping sauce

It's a High Raw Life Episode 32 Raw Curry Cantaloupe Soup

1 Cantaloupe
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Garam or Cholle Masala
Put all ingredients into any blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.

It's a High Raw Life Episode 33 Raw Mustard/Honey Mustard Dressing

The Great Mustard Experiment
Raw Mustard-overnight soak 1/2 cup mustard seeds

with 1/2 cup mineral water and 6 Tbs fresh lemon juice.

Blend with 2 Tbs honey till' smooth.
Honey Mustard Dressing-1/2 cup raw mustard, 1/2 cup olive oil,

1/2 cup raw honey, and aprox. 1/2 cup water. Blend well.

It's a High Raw Life Episode 34 Stuffed Mushrooms

Makes enough stuffing for about 20 mushrooms.

Marinate shrooms in equal parts lemon and tamari for at least an hour.

Soak 1/2 cup cashews and 1/2 cup sunflowers for at least an hour, rinse and drain.

Blend with 1 clove garlic, 1tsp lemon,1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin,

1/8 tsp sea salt, 2 sprigs Cilanto, mushroom stems and 2 tsp of marinade.

Fill the caps and enjoy.

This gorgeous juice is made with
1/2 head of purple or red cabbage
2 stalks of celery
2 apples
1 Tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

(i just stuck in a large wedge of lemon to the juicer)

Dressing to Go-

just under 1/2 cup Cashews soaked for 45 minutes.

2 or more Tbs fresh Lemon Juice

2 or more Tbs water

1 Tbs Raw Honey

1 Tbs Hemp oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

Blend till' creamy, pour in a small jar,

stick it in your purse or inside jacket pocket

and go out to lunch or dinner! have fun.

Ok! I'm gonna have to quit my full time job to watch all of these! LOL!!! And I love your Shrek Shakes. I've called them that from day one! LOL! And the snow cones - I've wanted to make them, but never have! Thanks for ALL these wonderful videos!!! You are RAWsome! Oh - I ordered your disk - can't wait to get it.
