Beets with Ginger Salad
2 Cups grated beets
2 teaspoons grated ginger root
1 Tablespoons pure maple syrup, raw honey, or agave(I choose raw honey)
1 Tablespoon Tamari
1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
toss all together and enjoy!

This is a fantastic dressing from Natalia Rose. It is a staple for me!
1 cup of fresh Lemon juice 2 small cloves of Garlic 1 & 1/2 Tbs minced Ginger
1 & 1/2 Tbs organic Soy Sauce or Tamari 1 &1/2 Tbs Raw Honey
3/4 cup cold pressed Olive Oil
Blend first 5 ingredients then slowly drizzle in olive oil while continuing to blend.

1/2 cup raw organic Almond butter
1/4 cup water
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs raw honey or agave nectar
1 clove garlic minced and about teaspoon minced ginger
dash of cayenne and pinch of salt
blend together for a fantastic dipping sauce

The Great Mustard Experiment
Raw Mustard-overnight soak 1/2 cup mustard seeds
with 1/2 cup mineral water and 6 Tbs fresh lemon juice.
Blend with 2 Tbs honey till' smooth.
Honey Mustard Dressing-1/2 cup raw mustard, 1/2 cup olive oil,
1/2 cup raw honey, and aprox. 1/2 cup water. Blend well.
It's a High Raw Life Episode 34 Stuffed Mushrooms
Makes enough stuffing for about 20 mushrooms.
Marinate shrooms in equal parts lemon and tamari for at least an hour.
Soak 1/2 cup cashews and 1/2 cup sunflowers for at least an hour, rinse and drain.
Blend with 1 clove garlic, 1tsp lemon,1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp cumin,
1/8 tsp sea salt, 2 sprigs Cilanto, mushroom stems and 2 tsp of marinade.
Fill the caps and enjoy.

Dressing to Go-
just under 1/2 cup Cashews soaked for 45 minutes.
2 or more Tbs fresh Lemon Juice
2 or more Tbs water
1 Tbs Raw Honey
1 Tbs Hemp oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Blend till' creamy, pour in a small jar,
stick it in your purse or inside jacket pocket
and go out to lunch or dinner! have fun.
Ok! I'm gonna have to quit my full time job to watch all of these! LOL!!! And I love your Shrek Shakes. I've called them that from day one! LOL!
