Jodi here at RFR first told me about Barely Max. I meant to order it from amazon but forgot. I just ordered it! I love how Dave calls it his Rocket Fuel. Who wouldn't want some Rocket Fuel!?!? =)
He mentions how he makes his juice for three days at a time. I realize its not ideal for oxidation but I'm going to try it! I think I will do soooo much better being able to just reach for my juice. AND my juicer (Omega Vert) just arrived on my doorstep today. Perfect timing.
So I took notes as I watched the video. I thought I'd post it in case anyone else is interested in having the list
Dave the Truck Drivers
Juicing - 3 days - 3 gallons
Lambs quarts
Plantains - pulls puss out of body
Beet greens (beet has lots of sugar so stay away from it if you have diabetes) beet greens - vitamin K
5 bunches of spinach - with roots on it better
6 red peppers - whole thing
4 yellow pepper
5 cucumbers
5 bunches parsley - regular and Italian
Asparagus
Mustard greens - a little bit if local and more potent
4 bunches celery - inflammation and heartburn. Drink a head of celery for a week - done
Fennel
6 tomatoes - for flavor, beta charotien
Small piece of aloe - sooths GI tract
Basil
3 bunches kale - amino acids
3 bunches collard greens
2 bunches red chard - amino acids, antioxidants, chlorophyll, minerals
Broccoli
Cilantro - detoxifies heavy metals, sweetens breath, purifies blood
Baby bok Choy - chlorophyll, blood builder, and antioxidants
Aloe - bitter but incredible for cardiovascular
E3Live Blue Green Algae - 1/3 of each gallon of juice
Enzymes - helps elevate gas and discomfort from that. One enzyme into each litter.
Barely max
