I wonder if the body does not want something, does it make the food taste or smell undesirable to you? An example is when I juice wheatgrass the smell makes me nauseous. Sometimes I cannot bring myself to drink it.
Permalink Reply by Nikonraw on April 18, 2011 at 3:52am How much wheatgrass are you taking? I use 1-2 oz in 4-6 oz water with some lemon and stevia or agave and make wheatgrass lemonade!
