It took me all day to watch this. I absolutely love it and I love her style of teaching--she is so easy to understand and so full of enthusiasm. I would love to meet her and her whole family some day. I may have to watch this several times to be more likely to remember all of the great tips, mental exercises, and information she provides.
that was absolutely amazing. she's so engaging, and entertaining. and, she sooo gets the part, beyond food! i'm impressed, and that takes some doing!
Thank you for having this in our library! I was drawn to her teaching and now I see why!!
Her views on life and trusting one's intuition have been tested over and over again in my life. I am always wrong if I just trust my mind, but if I trust my intuition, I am always right..in the way God or my higher power wants me to see and participate in life at that moment!
Following that "clarity" puts me in the right place, mentally, physically and spiritually.
And it is weird, but this is the reason that I went on raw foods this time in my life...it was my last avenue that has proven over and over again to work in other close and far incidences and so far it seems to be working in my life...but I have so much to learn..to make sure I am doing it right, nutritionally..but this lecture calms me a little and reminds me to live intuitively/eat intuitively.

Only up to Part 7 so far and I have a question about cravings. I wonder if the body does not want something, does it make the food taste or smell undesirable to you? An example is when I juice wheatgrass the smell makes me nauseous. Sometimes I cannot bring myself to drink it.
How much wheatgrass are you taking?  I use 1-2 oz in 4-6 oz water with some lemon and stevia or agave and make wheatgrass lemonade!

I only have about 1.5 oz straight up. But it is the juicing and smelling it that makes me feel nauseous. If someone else juices it for me without me being able to smell it, I am fine. Very odd.
