I walked in to Whole Foods tonight, planning on buying a tofurky or vegan field roast. I read the ingredients and felt the premature stomach ache- the first two ingredients were soy and gluten. (not wheat, but just straight up gluten!) I have been eating so healthy, I can't even imagine the stomach ache. Instead, I bought veggies to roast (potatoes, portabello mushrooms and green beans) and ingredients for an epic salad. I feel so much better about Thursday!
Does anyone else have tips for eating healthy over thanksgiving?
