I've been gaining "unneeded" weight since January but eating healthy.
I've added raw maca powder, shilajit, & reishi powder to my diet the last several months.
I stumbled across info that maca can cause women to gain weight esp in tummy, hips, thighs, & boobs. Praised for giving hour glass figure.
That just doesn't sound right but here I am heavier.
Have anyone of you seen differnce in weight using lots of maca?
I've been adding 2+ tbl a day to smoothies.
