I hope this is the right place to post this:

I will be starting a 10 day  (minimum) liquid feast on Jan 2.  Green drinks, smoothies, juice, and blended soups.   Anyone care to join me?

$30 for 10 recipes. Ouch!

Count me in! I'm starting tomorrow.

I was just putting together my menu for my Liquids Only feast.  I plan on starting each of the 10 days with 32 oz of lemon water.

 Tomorrow morning I'm going to have a green smoothie for breakfast made from spinach, baby kale, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and garlic with cayenne and Himalayan sea salt to taste.  

For lunch I'm having a blended soup made from 8 oz water,1 avocado, 1/2 C  tomatoes, 1 T EVO, 1 T unpasteurized miso,  1/4 chipotle pepper, 1 T lime juice,  1/4 t fresh rosemary. 1 clove garlic, and Himalayan sea salt to taste.  This is my favorite soup and I will be having it a lot over the next 10 days.

I will probably have another green smoothie for dinner.....not sure yet what all I'll put in it.

If I get hungry at anytime in between I will fix myself some kind of juice.
