I've been on a weight loss journey for over a year now (I've lost almost 70 lbs!!!), but I get so irritated that I will still want bad food at times. I've only lost about 10 lbs since the first of the year and I know I could have been more if I had been my committed. I'm wanting to do a juice cleanse or a smoothie cleanse, but I'm a bit nervous about it. I'm afraid I will be so hungry. Usually when I let myself get super hungry I make bad choices. I think it would be cool to do a guided cleanse. Also, any thoughts on getting the weight loss kick started again? Thoughts?
