i switched to rwa food and i used to lift weights but i like yoga better does anyone know the truth behind that is yoga better than weight traing

That sounds like so much fun! I am so glad you went today!
checkin' in with the fitness friends... today I went to the 5 Rhythms dance jam - Sweat Your Prayers - I love, love, love it! and it's been a while since I've gone. What I love about it.. continuous movement for 2 hours with all kinds of amazing music and wonderful people to groove with. This is not social dancing, but an inner directed movement of energy, emotion and physical expression. Anything goes and the sweat pours! I made it through 1.5 hours then decided to let that be good enough for today. Most of all I had fun!!
