I have tried many varieties of exercise and enjoyed most. For the last 2 months I had struggled with a rusty and aching back. Chiropracter, Physio, Acupuncture, stretching and toning all helped but did not create a big difference. I tried QiGong and am blown away with the results! After only 30 min of easy, fun movements, I felt an enormous difference. I ordered a DVD on Qigong exercises to cleanse and balance internal organs and have been doing these 13 movements (10 min a day) for the past 4 days and am blown away by the difference it has made to my back! I would say I am feeling human again and am totally excited about learning more Qigong moves and working with my own chi energy to heal myself. Give it a try!

I am so elated to hear folks sing the praises of Qigong! As a practitioner of Chinese Medicine I often recomend this to patients--there is soooo much more to Qigong than meets the eye. Keep up the great work--by the way can you share which DVD you are using or what type of Qigong you are practicing (as there are literally hundreds of forms)!

Is there a big difference between pranayama and qigong? Since both of them emphasize breathing as a way of spiritual transformation...
