I love hot yoga! I go every morning before work :)
M, W, F is Vinyasa and Tu/Th is Hatha. I try to go on the weekend too, but that doesn't always work out.
I started going in February and totally got hooked on it. I have noticed a huge difference in my flexibility & strength. Yoga has also helped my knee problems - my knees used to hurt a lot when I would run, and that has gone down dramatically!
Robin & I started a beginners class last evening. It was enjoyable. I do not know what yoga it was but I managed to do all the poses. I am a little sore today. I took karate for several years when I was young and was able to relate to the breathing, forms and meditations. We are scheduled to take the class for 7 more weeks. Two thumbs up or maybe one palm up one palm down and spin.
