I walk outside in the warmer weather and indoors in the Winter.
I know some people do Mall Walking, do you?
Tell us who you walk with...do you have a buddy?
How far do you walk? I try to do 1-2 miles a day and sometimes take it to 3-5...depending on my time.

Hi! I'm doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Express. I love how it doesn't use any equipments and is not boring at all. I did 3 miles today. I'll try to do 4 miles next time. :) Nice to see a lot of indoor walkers here. I'm new to this community, by the way. :D
