Deina,
I have a friend who is 100% raw. She's competing in her first competition this upcoming May. I know she is using raw vegan protein powders and such. If you are on Facebook, I can get you in touch with her. Just tell her you're a friend of mine. :O) She also just started a Raw cleanse on Fb, if you are interested. i can send ya the link...

Hello, I'm equally interested in learning more about getting the physique of a fitness model through raw food. I've just been talking to some trainers who recommend 80%raw and 20% cooked. How does your diet compare to this? Also, do you take anything special in terms of protein? I'm using the raw vegan protein powder right now which I like but am wondering if you rely on anything else or any other foods to supplement. Are there any raw foods that you avoid? What about living foods, such as sprouted grains?
i drink about 2 pints of green smoothies per day...i will add either hemp protein or raw whey protein. i eat a lot of sprouts that i grow myself, such as lentil, mung or pea. a ton of fruits support my glycogen stores for the intense training.....ONLY if i need it, i will have nuts and seeds or dried fruits, they tend to weigh and slow me down.
