The Vault - Is It For You?

In today's main video I explained our 11 Week Initiative and shared the details of our upcoming group focus - Revealing Your Inner Rawk Star!

Everyone who is a member of this website is invited to be part of our focused Initiatives, but we also have a more intense option of commitment during the 11 Weeks and that is called - The Vault.

The Vault is an exclusive, private room here within the Raw Food Rehab mansion that is  dedicated to those who will be participating in a higher level of accountability. As a member of the Vault Experience, you share beginning weight, measurements, before photos, and must weigh in on a weekly basis for 11 Weeks. The Vault is RFR's "in-house treatment" program. 

If you are serious about Revealing Your Inner Rawk Star, and are interested in joining The Vault Experience for our upcoming 11 Week Initiative - July 10th - September 24th - here is what you need to do:

1.)  Click on the attachment of this forum post and download the Vault Guidelines and Agreement (see below). 

2.) Take your beginning measurements, weigh yourself and have a fully clothed before photo taken. This will be what you must submit to be eligible to participate in The Vault.

3.) Submit your payment of $33 to Raw Food Rehab's PayPal Account and then put in your request to join The Vault. 

Your payment and request to join is your way of saying that you are fully committed and that you have read the guidelines and agree to follow the rules of participation for the 11 Weeks. Also once payment has been received and I have a Paypal confirmation, I will open the door of The Vault to you and you will find the  digital books which will be companions for this upcoming Initiative. These books are available for download in The Vault at this time.

Cut off to join the Vault, which includes posting your beginning information to the correct place, will be Thursday, July 8th at 10 pm EST.  No new members will be added to the Vault after that time.

Penni, we will be moving to Germany July 8th and should have Wifi for 30 days until we find a house. Do you think I could swing it or just wait for the next one? I won't have my juicer most likely just travel food/produce I can find.

Read the guidelines...what happens if I am traveling and do not have access to a computer to weigh in. Can I send an email instead?

If you don't think you can weigh in or log in for two weeks straight, then maybe just do the Initiative and not the Vault this time around. You don't have to have a juicer, either, it's just one of those niceties for the journey. I'm willing to work with you if you have a cell phone you can text on.

Hi Penni:

I love this idea and will talk about it with Naftali, my husband. We just bought a Professional Jack La Lanne Juicer the other evening and have not had a chance to open it up yet, but we will probably tomorrow night. I will be in touch with you about the VAULT experience. I believe that both of us can lose weight for the best in this way. Plus I do want to buy your book. A little bit at a time though. What are the exact materials that you get with joining The Vault?

Materials are currently in the finishing stages but they will include: a digital educational/motivational/instructional guidebook, a recipe book that contains 77+ Rawk Star creations, shopping list, journal pages, many digital photographs and more.

Pwyll......The Vault should have to have a cut off since I am the only one managing it currently. Last time we had about 300 members sign up and only 1/3 of the original folks are still hanging tough here at week 10. How about we say 300 members will be the cut off, since I was able to handle those figures last time (lost a few hairs, but handled it ; - )

I can't find the Vault attachment. I also would like to know if the books will include substitution ideas. Will there be alot of superfoods to buy?

The voltage on the Vault just got turned up a notch!

I know that we are going to have more awesome life changing transformations coming out of there! It has been said that people who enter the Vault...are never the same! : )
