Your dad is great!  He so reminds me of mine who passed away 2 years ago at the age of 92.   I wish now I was able to spend more time with him and do more cool things with him especially in his later years.  He was a great dad and even though I lived a long way away, we spent as much together as we could.  Part of Raw Balance is how to balance our lives not just our food intake.  For those of you who still have parents, I urge you to spend as much time as you can with them, learn from them, enjoy them and love them with all your heart.  Life is short as we know all too well and they'll be gone before you know it.

Awwwwwww, your Dad looks so sweet, he has the same baby blues and smiley type lips as you do, looks like you are always smiling! :) I hope you also have a wonderful Thanksgiving together, so glad to hear that his tests all came back aok! 82, he looks so young, what are his tips on staying youthful?

Penni, I loved seeing your dad in this video...trying to imagine my own fabulous (meat and potatoes) dad sitting next to me on a raw vegan web cite.  Don't think he would have done so well :)  Happy Thanksgiving!
