As you gathered from the above video, Elena is an amazing woman. She is also a fitness coach and wellness adviser. After college, she earned a board certification as a Health Counselor, a Holistic Nutrition Specialist, a Yoga Therapy Instructor, and a Young Living Essential Oils Distributor. She is also a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and furthered her education with a Holistic Fitness Health and Healing certification.

She has always gone above and beyond, meeting clients needs through providing food and nutritional products as she teaches how to choose healthier food alternatives. The exercise and nutrition programs she creates are personalized and developed for clients own individual lifestyle. Elena is recognized for her special ability to motivate clients with her contagious energy; her compassionate and nurturing support; and her personalized “roadmap to health” that suits clients unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

And I want Elena to tell you about her amazing new venture.....

THE BIRTH OF THE ZENERGY TRUCK:

The mission is simple: Help people eat better foods and live happier, healthier lives.Now, I am starting a business, to help a ton of people and yes, it is unusual and out of the box.

But first a quick word about THE BIRTH OF ZENERGY and my brother’s phenomenal recovery.
Four years ago I tragically lost my mother, just three years after losing my father. At age 33, I was suddenly orphaned and became quite depressed. I got caught up in the grind of corporate America and I just kept putting my health and spirituality on the back burner. Ironically enough, I worked for Equinox fitness clubs for years and my job was to help other people get healthier through fitness but yet I was the unhealthiest of them all due to my poor diet and bad lifestyle choices. 

Through my searching to renew my faith, I rediscovered myself and fell in love with life again! I finally left Equinox, Pure Yoga, and NY and moved to South Florida. I started working at The Standard – I am proud to say I built a very successful personal health-coaching practice. Life was great: I was coaching and helping people to make positive changes in their lives. I finally really felt at peace. And then all of a sudden, I received a phone call on June 12, 2011 that would again change my life. My brother, Anthony, had suffered a stroke but he wasn’t found until 24 hours later; he had suffered “Anoxic Encephalopathy Brain Injury” and was in a coma – the result of a lack of oxygen to the brain.

A team of doctors sat down my sister-in-law and myself and suggested us to pull the plug; they said that my brother would never be anything but a vegetable. I was devastated. I had already lost both my parents. And now my brother?

There was something deep inside me, calling me and thus I refused to accept the doctors’ prognosis! My sister-in -law..who have a strong christian faith..called on her prayer warriors.. who surrounded anthony daily and just prayed over him. My sister in law not only has to manage The business he left behind but had to continue to operate and manage a home with 3 children.. 

I called up my inner strength and my nutrition knowledge and started using many forms of healing modalities on Anthony from aromatherapy to nutritional support; I demanded omega 3 fish oil be administered into his feeding tube, and the miracles started to unveil.

Five months passed and we visited 5 different hospitals and endless doctors and specialists all of whom kept saying the same thing: “There is no hope and he will never get better”. Anthony finally came out of the coma in September, and started to slowly speak. One of the miracle formulas was E3 live, co Q10, Omega 3 fish oil, and green smoothies. I never gave up on the power of super foods!

Through tremendous amounts of faith, prayer, touch, love, positive affirmations, and visualizations along with constant verbal and moral support as well as the supplements, my brother Anthony has been blessed with consistent healing. As of today, his memory and cognition are 100% and he recognizes the needs for various changes in his life (food, stress reduction, and exercise.). Anthony started taking his first steps a few months ago! After being the underdog for so long, we have finally been blessed with a miracle! 

The miraculous transformation with Anthony only further solidified my desire to fulfill my mission to be of service to help heal others.

I decided to open up a health food truck!
Yes, a super-food smoothie truck!
Super-foods to super charge your life! 

The ZENERGY TRUCK providing super food smoothies, healthy snacks (such as kale chips and superfood ice pops) and raw, vegan and gluten-free cuisine that change weekly.
The truck will be used as an educational instrument to teach people how easy it is to eat healthier and make simpler lifestyle choices and just how much fun and how tasty it can be to eat and live healthy! (We will also be hosting monthly nutritional cleanses/seminars and hosting movies under the stars such as “Food inc” and “Food Matters” on the truck to create a community of health passionistas!

WoW! this is an amazing story! i have to share that i did the same for my Dad, but he is not as motivated as Elena's brother....but after a year of supplementing his basic diet with green smoothies twice a day, his ultra sounds and eeg tests showed the plaque buildup reversing and his blood vessels being more pliable. i pray that Elena's Zenergy Truck be blessed to reach all who need the seed of her story and food! bless you Elena and thank you Penni for sharing!
