Putting your intentions, dreams and goals out there can be very empowering and it also helps to see that there are others who may have similar goals for this time period. There is a certain synergy that happens when a group comes together with like-minded goals.

I am very excited about joining with you all as we take the initiative to change our health (and weight) one bite at a time!

I am here!!!!
I am grateful to be a part of your next 11 week program..My goal is 2 pounds a week. With this dietary change and this program, I also believe I will have more energy and motivation to get back in the gym more often then the once or twice a week I go now !

Count me in! Here are my goals:

-To release 30 more pounds so that added to the 70 I've already taken off will equal 100 lbs!
- To flirt and "try out" what it feels so go all the way raw. I'm going to commit 100% for 77 days.
-To walk faster and farther on the treadmill.
-To be helpful and supportive to my fellow Vaulters as we vault right over our problems and into our best lives!

To work out 5 days a week. And go down to pant sizes or 30 LBS.
I want to sign in !! Goal drop 10 pounds and feel great !!....
I am commited to eating 100% raw for the duration of the initiative. I will work out at least 3 days a week. I will not stress out that I cannot work out as much as normal while attending school to become a massage therapist, running my household and caring for the physical and emotional needs of my 2 kids while my husband is deployed overseas.

Looking forward to the accountability.

Few goals:

clear up skin
work on food combining
plan meals ahead
add more juicing
1 green smoothie a day

I have more but those are a few! :)
I'm here! My goal; to lose some weight, get rid of the breakouts, do more dry brushing, and smoothie-fast!
I am here and more than ready! My goal is to not only to incorporate such a great thing in my life but to make this a "family" affair and have my family participate as well! I too have a goal of meeting my weight loss of 28 pounds during this time!! They are fully aware and agreed to do so! All my supports to all participating! Wendy ;)
