I'm in! I wasn't able to get in at the beginning of the last initiative, so super excited now!
My goals:
Love and be kind to myself.
Morning stretch, reflexology and prayer.
80% raw with vegetarian cuisine for dinner.
Lots of water.
I have a LOT of weight to lose and it's nice to be accountable while transitioning to healthier living.
Current Weight: 245 :-(
Goal: 115-125 (over the next year or so)
