The very first edition of Raw For the Holidays, a collection of festive & delicious recipes & photos, was released at the beginning of the 2009 holiday season, when members of our newly formed Raw Food Rehab community and I realized our need for a holiday survival guide! This creative community supported compilation is a marvelous resource for helping raw food enthusiasts enjoyably and successfully maneuver their way through the holidays and other traditional celebrations.
Over the past couple of year's Raw For The Holidays, has been expanded and re-edited, making it more comprehensive, user-friendly and inclusive of even more celebratory occasions!
Raw For The Holidays - Bringing Life to the Season, includes a table of contents that includes user-friendly categories, interesting menu suggestions, easy instructions and a glossary of terms and techniques. The book boasts over 130 recipes and 70 full color photographs.
