In addition to the FALLING INTO RAW Initiative starting tomorrow, it is also Penni's Birthday!  I am calling for a BIG round of applause....ah...let's make it a standing ovation!!!

 

This generous, self-less, tireless, passionate woman has been working around the clock (literally) for weeks to prepare for tomorrow's big kick-off!  She is a stickler for details because she wants everyone to feel at home and welcome here. Penni pours her heart and soul into Raw Food Rehab because she cares.

 

 

 

You will never know all that goes on 'behind-the-scenes' here at the Hab to keep this big ole place running smoothly. Penni spends untold hours writing material and recipes, preparing new recipes, photographing the food, making videos, etc.  This is Penni's more than full-time job. She always under promises and over delivers!
