Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Since Wednesday, I've been sequestered away with Russell James, his delightful girlfriend and the film crew for Average Joe on the Raw working on the documentary and Russell's innovative new educational instructional material. These are just a few of the little video clips I've managed to get along the way:
Russell James starting off Day One off with a team building power meeting:
Behind the scenes with Seth Hayhurst (Average Joe on the Raw) as he creates a personal raw lasagna after hands on instruction by The Raw Food Chef, Russell James.
Here is Average Joe opening a coconut, which can be tough, but he shows that when you can channel the spirit of the ninja or ancient samurai, it gets a tad easier. The treat that awaits you inside the nut of coco is a delight worth crack-a-lackin:
Today is our final day of filming together, so hopefully I can capture another clip or two to share with you! Wishing you an amazing weekend!!
xoxo - Penni
PS - Last night we were up until after midnight perfecting Russell's most amazing recipe EVER. Look at this:

These guys are hilarious!
Right, now that I've just about managed to forget about that gorgeous looking bread by RJ, I'm off to some breakfast (the vids made me sooooo hungry) and to buy some ninja gear and a poncho, coz it appears to be essential for appropriate raw food prep. So, what is I'm doing some Italian style food, what kind of gear should I be wearing then?
Anyway, thanks for sharing this Penni!! Cant wait for the movie (and that bread recipe...looks like I didnt forget about it after all).
