Mid- November Roll Call - Are You Still With Us?

If you've been part of Raw Food Rehab for at least one month now, you likely know y know about our monthly roll call.  At the end of our very first month here at RFR, I started doing a monthly roll call so I can get an idea of who is still here, plugged in and roaming the halls here at "Big House!"

As I do most months, I like to offer a prize drawing for all of the members who are kind enough to come log in here....offering their name and where they are from. 

This month I am giving away a Bernando LaPallo package deal.  You may have already heard of Bernando, as he is the oldest living raw food enthusiast alive.  At 109 years young, Bernando's story will captivate and inspire you to live your best life now.  This month's winner will receive Timeless Principles to Stay Young & Healthy (3 - 60 minute audio CD media interviews & a step-by-step instructional DVD on how Bernando makes his favorite recipes), and Bernando's book - Age Less Live More.
