Raw Food Rehab

Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

We had the BEST time making this fruit cake with Wellness Warrior Daniel Hayhurst's nieces and nephew - Annabelle, Abi, Dirk & Juliette. I found this idea on Instagram from Girl Gone Raw - Elizabeth Frazier!

Cleanse America Fruit Cake

1 medium watermelon - cut into 2 inch rounds (think wedding cake)

2 bananas, 1 cut into thin slices & one 2 - 3 inch slice for the top piece

1 pint fresh strawberries, cut into thin slices - save one nice one for the top

1 pint fresh blueberries

Follow the flow of the placement in the video and you'll have a vibrant, beautiful & festive fruit cake! Great idea for family fun on the 4th of July!!!  If you make one - we'll want you to share your pictures!!

cute cute cute!!!

My kids and I are making this for our 4th of July celebration tomorrow.  I will post a pic before it gets eaten :)

My 5 year old helped make the fruit cake for our festivities yesterday.  She loved every minute of it and couldn't wait to share it.  The best part....the way the kids couldn't wait to get a piece for dessert!

I love this video!  That fruit cake gives me the joy of seeing you all have fun making it and eating it!  Delicious!
