Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
Yesterday RFR member Deanna shared this wonderful photo of the visual transformation since going raw. I asked if she would share a few words with you about her journey, and here it is:
"One night in July of 2011, I watched a movie on Netflix called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. After that I started a 60 day juice feast. I then joined Raw Food Rehab's final 11 Week Total Health & Wellness Initiative, Raw Balance, for added support. After my juice feast, I went 100% raw and am now a member in RFR's Weight Room. I started my journey back in August of 2011 at 213 pounds and am now down 76 lb. I check in every day on Raw Food Rehab and it helps me stay on track and keeps me on my path with the raw food lifestyle."
Deanna - we are all cheering you on and we thank you for sharing your story with us! Folks - it takes a commitment and a desire to make this happen, but it is ABSOLUTELY do-able! Be Inspired and YES - YOU can do this too!!

I am having Dental work done this morning . I cannot believe that Penni picked me for the main page. This is amazing. I love RFR . I pass the word every day about this website. I am a hairdresser and talk to many people about raw food. Some people think I am nuts.. I think this is what pushed me to show them that raw food works. I look younger and feel great. I was at very high risk for breast cancer and lossing weight lowered my risk.
Permalink Reply by Mary M. on March 5, 2012 at 10:36am Deanna, you look fabulous! I'm always interested in the difference between a person who releases weight by going raw and one who loses weight the "conventional" way. The one who releases weight with raw food and juice fasts absolutely glows and their skin looks fantastic. Deanna, you prove this to me one more time! Thank you.
Deanna you are such an inspiration to me! Thank you so much for sharing your story. You give me hope and show me what I can do to.
