Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

Since my video camera is broken and I'm recovering from 3 days in the kitchen and a houseful of guests, I wanted to showcase the talent of one of our very own raw food chefs, Michelle K.  If you have been part of our RFR community any length of time, you have most likely seen some of Michelle's awesome food prep videos. And if you are new to "the Hab" then you will absolutely want to get to know Michelle!
Michelle has produced nearly 100 un-cooking videos for us and for her internet blog, it's a High Raw Life. She is so real, funny, beautiful, talented, engaging and is an everyday wife & mom to 3 terrific kids.  No doubt you'll be able to relate to Michelle, who is passionate about living a High Raw Life.

Love Michelle K!
Love the video Michelle, especially the live action/ uncut version of what really goes on in the kitchen! I did the same thing the other day but I was using cinnamon in my almond mylk. I dumped about a 1/2 cup in 16oz. and had to start digging! Cracked me up..... and it gave me a great idea for my blog!LOL p.s. I am so making this dip, sounds delicious!
I love the veggies in the basket, has a great Tuscany look :) Beautiful and yummy... the way it should be.
This was so cute! I loved your video! The basket of veggies and apples was just beautiful! You Go Girl!
Great video. Gotta love Michelle. Thanks
Came home from Mom's after Thanksgiving to enjoy your wonderful video.
My daughter and I love watching you, so keep 'em coming, Michelle!
I can't wait to try this recipe. Love that you keep it simple with only a few common ingredients.
The veggie basket presentation is beautiful. Thanks for the great holiday ideas!!
Looks absolutely delicious Michelle! I can't wait to buy my vitamix soon for my anniversary coming up this Wednesday. But I think I can still do this recipe with my food processor too! Looks great!
I think you could totally make this dip w/ a food processor (that's how I make my raw hummus and it is very similar)

Hi, I just made this recipe and it came out so good!!! I did not have a red pepper, but I used a green one. Now we have a yummy salad dressing for a few days! Yeah! I am so excited because I am planning on a mini-cleanse starting tomorrow thru Tuesday. I expect to have lots of green smoothies, lemonade, salads and soups. I want to let go of my turkey enjoyment for a while now because Chanukah is coming very soon! I will be making potato latkes for everyone in my family, a party next week and my daughter's class on Thursday or Friday. I don't plan to eat too many of them. I will be eating lots more salads and mexican rice to make up for the cravings of these latkes. However, now that we have this new salad dressing/dip, we will be enjoying things much more.
