Soups are one of my favorite meals.  I like the tip about adding the avocado last.  Thank you.

Love it!  Thank you Lovely Dara :)

Hey Dara, guess what I'm having for lunch right now? Yum! Subbed this and that, didn't totally liquefy mine but left it a little chunky and still cool for refreshment on this warm day. I'm out of sprouts, so mine is topped w/ sunfl seeds for crunch and crushed red pepp flakes for even more kick. Thanks!
Looks to me like a great base for crumbled decadent cheesy kale chips too.

Dara mentions that these powerful blenders are capable of blending avocado pits.  What's the scoop on ingesting avocado pits?  Someone recently told me that they are good for you.  I've put one in our Blendtec when making a green smoothie and they are ok, but I am wondering if they are healthy to eat?  Thanks!

Great recipes by the way!!!  Thanks!

I LOVE GREEN SOUP!!!!!  Right up there with Green Smoothies!!   Just savory!

What a great soup! Thanks for sharing!
Liquid Chlorophyl Hum~ what kind is this I am wondering? I will be trying this recipe
Tried to buy the shirt and they are out of my size!! :( Can't wait to try the soup! Looks delish!

Great video.  I've tried a lot of soups over the years and they just don't seem to do it for me.  I am going to try this one. It looks fantastic.  Great tips on the avocado and cayenne pepper.  Thanks Dara.  Love the shirt.

I just made this soup, and it has a great flavor.  The lemon really makes it palatable.

This soup sounds absolutely delicious. And I, too, love soups. Can't wait to try it. Thanks!
