Real Food Rehab

No rigid rules, labels or dogmas.... just REAL food, for your body, mind & soul!

Every week I create a new episode of Foodie Friday at my subscription based website, Real LIFE Rehab. I wanted to offer this week's episode to everyone here at REal Food Rehab because I'm so excited about the beautiful new book, Nourishing Noodles, by Chris Anca of TalesofaKitchen.

If you're a community member at Real LIFE Rehab, you have an opportunity to have your name included in a drawing for a free copy of the book that I'll be giving away this Sunday evening. We'd love to have you join us at the website for encouraging, unique and uplifting content, recipes, detoxes, videos and more. WE also have a very active private Facebook page on which members connect & share easily from their smart phones and computers.

For a limited time it's just $14.99/month and you can cancel a membership at anytime. Visit bit.ly/RealLIFERehab to join us!

The written recipe for Green Wraps with Hummus is found on page 14 of Nourishing Noodles.

Serve with the following dipping Sauce I put together with what I had in my pantry:

2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp tamari, or coconut aminos
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp coconut nectar ot maple syrup
1 lime, juiced
crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

Put all ingredients into a blender and add a small amount of water, as needed to blend.

ENJOY & I would love for you to come join us at Real LIFE Rehab

Looks so delicious, will definitely try. Thanks for sharing

I've never tried peanut butter and tahini before. Will have to run out and get the peanut butter after the farmer's market tomorrow. Thanks for this one!.

So grateful for these new tools! Decades of skinned fingers using grater appreciates spiralizer. Can't wait to try dipping sauce.

Looks DEEEEELICIOUS! Please add me into the drawing, the photos alone make my mouth water, would love to have new recipes for plant based noodle-ishiousness! :)

So beautiful. Looks delicious. I love wrapping veggies even without a dip. Thanks for sharing.

I would love to join RawFood Rehab however unable to do so this payday. Either me or my husband are without jobs. This time, I just got a job, and my husband's professional job was "let go" due to a reduction in work force. We have been wavering back and forth from plant-based to cheap meat products due to income. However, we have to make a choice to error on the side of nourishment. Today I was humiliated, tomorrow I will eat humble-pie. Thanks Penni for being an inspiration with your Noodleling!

Looks delicious! Put me in for the drawing

I love the plate @ 3:00. I would serve it like that and let the family make their own wrap. Thanks <3
