Kristina, this looks delicious and similar to how i make my icecream but i always make my icecream in the vitamix and it comes out like soft serve.  I think ,now, i will try the food processor for a firmer scoop!  thanks, it looks great!

Kristina, I started out the day doing a juice fast but after seeing this I had to make it or a similiar version.  i used fr.banana, fr.coconut meat, frozen durian, dash of cinnamon, 4 scoops of cantaloupe, raspberries and blueberries, soaked chia seeds for creaminess and it made close to 3 bowls and I ate all of it....so good!  thanks for your posting, it inspired me!

This looks absolutely amazing, but I am confused as to how it is fat free ice cream.... Bananas and coconut both have wonderful, healthy fats, but still fats.... please let me know so I can dig in to one of these.....
