Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!
I'm super excited to be sharing with you about Paul Risse's newly released ebook:
INTUITIVE EATING - Trusting Your Gut Instinct
It's intimately written and I know many of you will be able to relate to the stories and Paul's concepts towards following your heart, or your gut instinct, especially when it comes to eating. The book is also filled with fabulous photos & has 50+ recipes you'll love now & as the weather gets even colder (Mainly raw w/ a few clean cooked vegan dishes). I'm very proud to have helped with the editing, production and recipe creation for this book.

Permalink Reply by Penni on November 2, 2012 at 4:50pm It is only available in ebook format at this time, but Paul & I have discussed looking into self-publishing it in the near future. I think we'll just see how sales on the digital book go before we decide. Thanks for asking, Jean xoxo

Permalink Reply by Anna B. Rosa on November 2, 2012 at 7:24pm Looks like a great book. Over 300 drink recipes should be quite helpful as I continue with my juicefeast (on my 40th day today). Even though not all the drink recipes will work with a juicefeast, there are plenty that will. And the rest of the recipes and entrees will be helpful when I return to eating. Nice to know that all recipes have been tested for tastiness. I look forward to trying the recipes.
Permalink Reply by Penni on November 2, 2012 at 8:38pm not sure where the 300 drink recipes came from?? There are just over 50 recipes- total- in this book - and all are tasty for sure!!

Permalink Reply by Linda Ann on November 2, 2012 at 10:13pm Wow, this book is great. Paul shares how we can regain health and vitality thru listening to our bodies, an art that we seems to have lost in this busy era. This book will work for me and also satisfy the palate of my not so raw family. Just in time for the fall and winter, some really nice soups. Bravo Paul and Penni. Oh yeah, there is a recipe that I am going to make as gifts for Christmas, buy the book, you won't be disappointed.

Permalink Reply by Lauren Skoog on November 6, 2012 at 10:37am Does it work on Kindle format?
Permalink Reply by Penni on November 6, 2012 at 11:15am My understanding is that you can load the pdf file into a Kindle reader. I have heard this works, but I hope someone will share specific instructions on that. I'll let you know how it works as soon as I can.
Permalink Reply by Jamie Hupfer on November 9, 2012 at 8:02am What I do is download to my computer and than upload to my Kindle. It has worked for all my Ebooks like this including Paul's first book.
