Love Frank and his sharing of his story. Attended a screening in Oakland, August 2010 and bought a copy of the movie to share with others on the spot. Inspirational, authentic and honest.

Permalink Reply by Sandra Lambert on November 16, 2011 at 7:44pm OMG...I had an amazing AHA moment....'poking an orange - you get orange juice" ....poking an angry person you get anger.......I love that analogy. I have been an angry person for so long.......since eating raw the anger has dissipated quite a bit, but I still acknowledge that I have had a lot of anger.....why? that I have yet to discover or yet to acknowledge ...but the other AHA moment was 'anger covers hurt'......yes.....so I'm not so much angry as I am hurt. I cry as I am writing this. Great interview! Such honesty and so beautiful. Thank you. I can't wait to watch the movie.
What an amazing guy. Love this! And so handsome! I'd bring him home to mom. :)
Thank you for this inspiring clip. Sharon Davis Baltimore, MD
