Celebrating Susan & Heather

I wanted to share this very special video message from one of our Raw Food Rehab members.  Heather, please know that we love you and we will continue to stand beside you as you heal and re-create your life at this delicate time.

Many of you already know Susan Bradbury, the consistent heartbeat here at the RFR Mansion.  She helps me to manage things and keep order, especially when I'm traveling and working on projects.

When Raw Food Rehab was in the earliest stage of conception, Susan related to the vision of the big picture of what I was seeing.  She's been my ever-present, supportive friend and confidant every step of the way.  She tirelessly assists me in keeping the website running smoothly and wears many hats, including General Hospitality Guide, PR Director, and round the clock Customer Service Support. Susan helps answer emails and watches all that is happening at the Hab!

In addition to the many roles Susan fills here at RFR, she is a busy homeschooling Mom, which is the true joy of her life.  Her beautiful daughter, Emmalee, graduates from high school this year and her delightful and very special young boy, Elliott, keeps her hopping!   You might already know, but she loves being a Grandmother to River. In addition to all of this...... Susan is in the process of writing her first in a series of digital books.  One of her strongest gifts is that of encouragement.  Susan is compiling her personal offline life in a format that is inspirational and supportive to you on your journey.  It will involve her high raw lifestyle, tales of her marathon walking and so much more.....so keep your eyes peeled! I'll be sure to let you know when it is hot off the press!

Susan's going to be celebrating a significant birthday this next month - so please share the love and appreciation for Susan in the comments below!

With tears streaming down my face I thank you Susan for being who you are! You have touched my life and been there for me (now and in the past!) when  I have needed a friend the most. Because of who you are I have truly felt like RFR is a shelter from the storm so to speak and that I have been loved and missed while I have been away.
