Dianne's Green Juice~
4 small peppers or 3/4 red pepper
5 stalks celery
1 large cucumber
2 good handles
1 clove garlic
2 " piece ginger
6 leaves of kale
parsley- 1 good handful
1 bunch fresh spinach
2 roma tomatoes
(sometimes carrots and pears)

Here's one I did this morning and I really enjoyed it!!!
1 large Cucumber
1 & 1/2 inch of Ginger
3 whole beets- roots and greens
2- whole cucumbers
1 bunch of celery- stalks and leaves
OK.... add an Apple to taste, if you feel the need.
This juice is Gorgeous !!!! Makes enough for you and a friend ;-)
Garlic in My Garden Juice
Mks 1.5 Qrts (6 Cups)
1 bunch of kale
1 package of celery hearts (or 1 skinny bunch)
2 pints of grape (or cherry) tomatoes
2 red bell peppers
2 cloves of garlic
Juice it! (I like to strain mine.) If you are not a big fan of garlic, you might try just one clove at first, or omit it...but then you wouldn't have Garlic in Your Garden any more, now would you?! :-) Enjoy!

Right now I'm sipping tomato, celery, lemon, red pepper, anaheim pepper and cucumber with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and ground black pepper and a dash of celery salt and celtic sea salt.. I'm addicted to this concoction I've come up with.. it's a little like a bloody mary with a twist!! :) I'd post a picture but my glass is almost empty!!!! ;D

15 murcott oranges (juice the peels and fruit from two, use only the fruit without peels from the rest. I did nøt remove the seeds and I think this contributed to the flavor, however I'm not certain all juicers can handle that. I use an omega vrt 350)
1 blood orange (no peel)
A dash of cayenne pepper (I used about a quarter tsp, in what my juice came out to was about 3 cups--I like it hot! :) )

I have decided to do a once a week juice fast during Lent. This morning I decided that this would be the day since I don't have any major obligations. I hadn't really prepared for juicing so I just emptied out my veggie drawer and threw together what was available:
Two large carrots and about a cup of baby carrots
A head of celery
One medium beet
Half a cucumber
About a third of a head of purple cabbage
Two Pink Lady apples
About a two inch piece of ginger
After juicing this all together it seemed a bit strong so I added some purified water
This made enough for two 16 oz glasses, one for now and another for later
It is so great to have this forum available. I'm looking forward to trying some of the lovely juice recipes you have posted.
